From 1 October to 21 November 2026, discover our seasonal wild game menu, inspired by local produce and the flavours of autumn.
We pay particular attention to provenance: all the game meat we serve comes exclusively from the Biel region. A way of staying as close as possible to the product, the season and our local surroundings.
On the menu, you will find dishes such as our pink-grilled venison medallion, slow-braised wild boar shoulder, braised venison shank, as well as our homemade gnocchi with chestnuts and forest mushrooms. Autumn flavours such as red cabbage, apple, elderberries and caramelised chestnuts complete the dishes.
Our big new feature this year
Our whole roe deer saddle to share. Roasted on the bone, cooked pink and generously carved at the table, it is served with our game jus and seasonal autumn sides.
The roe deer saddle is available by pre-order only, at least 48 hours in advance.
We also offer options without game meat, as well as a meat-free plate of traditional game-season sides with Spätzli, chestnuts, forest mushrooms and red cabbage.
Our fish comes directly from Lake Biel.
